| Put in a little oil in that #6 and see where your readings come in. That smoke easily could be from that cylinder. So your going to have to pull the engine, might as well do the turbo inspection at that time to see what might be lurking in the compressor. To me it sounds like: 1. Blown head gasket 2. Bad rings on 6 3. Possible bad turbo oil seal --> Bunk turbo. It sucks to hear about this after all this work just 6k ago! What lead up to all of this? Is this a DD, does he drive the car hard?
